Dario Kremer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/mk_custom_list][\/mk_custom_box][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][mk_title_box color=&#8221;#1e73be&#8221; font_family=&#8221;none&#8221;]<strong>Odjel\/Katedra: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Odjel za biologiju[\/mk_title_box][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1520591712979{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]\n<h4><strong>Opis istra\u017eivanja:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>U sklopu institucijskog znanstvenog projekta pod nazivom &#8220;Kemijska analiza, in vitro gastrointestinalna stabilnost i biolo\u0161ka aktivnost bioaktivnih komponenti tradicionalnih i aromati\u010dnih biljaka u svrhu njihove primjene u industriji&#8221; ispitati \u0107e se kemijski sastav odabranih biljnih vrsta koje su rijetko istra\u017eene, a prema dostupnoj znanstvenoj literaturi imaju visoku biolo\u0161ku aktivnost (3 biljne vrste). Za takve spojeve je od izuzetne va\u017enosti ispitati njihovu in vitro gastrointestinalnu stabilnost (stati\u010dni in vitro model probave). Kod stati\u010dnih in vitro modela probave simulira se oralna, \u017eelu\u010dana i crijevna faza da bih se utvrdila njihova stabilnost i biodostupnost nakon probave. Tako\u0111er, nakon \u0161to se ispita njihova biodostupnost\/stabilnost, ispitati \u0107e se njihova citotoksi\u010dna, antibakterijska i antiadhezijska aktivnost. Jedan od ciljeva projekta je tako\u0111er i odlazna mobilnost mladih suradnika na inozemnu instituciju, a u svrhu poticanja me\u0111unarodne suradnje me\u0111u mladim znanstvenicima.
