Martina Peri\u0107 Bakuli\u0107<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">\u00a0 \u00a0vi\u0161i asistent (zapo\u0161ljavanje u 2024.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">\u00a0 \u00a0asistenti (planirano zapo\u0161ljavanje kroz 2024. i 2025.) <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/mk_custom_list][\/mk_custom_box][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][mk_title_box color=&#8221;#1e73be&#8221; font_family=&#8221;none&#8221;]<strong>Odjel\/Katedra: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Odjel za fiziku[\/mk_title_box][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1520591712979{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]\n<h4><strong>Opis istra\u017eivanja:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Grupa \u0107e koristiti kombinaciju teorijskog modeliranja (kvantno-mehani\u010dke\/molekularno-mehani\u010dke metode u kombinaciji sa simulacijama molekularne dinamike) i eksperimentalnih tehnika za odre\u0111ivanje svojstava razli\u010ditih nano-bio materijala za razli\u010dite primjene:<\/p>\n<h5>Umjetni enzimi za bioenergiju<\/h5>\n<p>Pove\u0107ani zahtjevi za energijom uz iscrpljivanje globalnih fosilnih goriva doveli su do rastu\u0107eg interesa za alternative obnovljive izvore energije. Za to bi se trebali razviti biokatalizatori koji mogu razgraditi otpad. Iako su enzimi superiorni katalizatori, \u010desto su ograni\u010deni na specifi\u010dne reakcije i uvjete. Me\u0111utim razvoj enzimske mimikrije mo\u017ee prevladati ove izazove. Grupa istra\u017euje stabilni protein-1 (SP1), protein stresa koji pokazuje veliku stabilnost \u010dak i pod te\u0161kim uvjetima, kao izvanjska potpora za razvoj degradiraju\u0107ih biokatalizatora s enzimskom aktivno\u0161\u0107u koriste\u0107i ra\u010dunalne i eksperimentalne alate.<\/p>\n<h5>Dizajn imobliziranih enzima na povr\u0161ini<\/h5>\n<p>Klasa enzima oksidoreduktaza u prirodi prenosi elektrone od jedne do druge molekule, i \u010dini to u stani\u010dnom okru\u017eju u kojem se slobodno giba. Izvor elektrona su male biomolekule (npr. \u0161e\u0107eri). S ciljem zamjene metalnih elektroda ekolo\u0161ki prihvatljivijim proizvodima, ovi enzimi nude rje\u0161enje i klju\u010dni su sastojak enzimatskih biosenzora i gorivnih \u010dlanaka. Pri tom je potrebno prona\u0107i optimalnu kombinaciju enzima i materijala za elektrodu koji daju najve\u0107i transfer elektrona.<\/p>\n<p>Grupa istra\u017euje karakteristike imobiliziranih enzima na povr\u0161ini elektroda izra\u0111enih od razli\u010ditih materijala (npr. ugljikovih materijala) s ciljem razvoja teorijske metodologije i eksperimentalnog protokola za njihov opis i evaluaciju njihovih svojstava.<\/p>\n<h5>Nanoklasteri zlata u stanici<\/h5>\n<p>Metalni nanoklasteri za\u0161ti\u0107eni ligandom (NC) privukli su sve ve\u0107u pozornost zbog svojih fascinantnih fizikalno-kemijskih svojstava, posebno luminiscencije, i njihove sposobnosti da budu funkcionalni za biomedicinske primjene. Me\u0111u raznim nanoklasterima plemenitih metala obe\u0107avaju\u0107i su nanoklasteri zlata (Au NC) veli\u010dine \u00bb 2 nm, zahvaljuju\u0107i svojoj izvrsnoj kemijskoj stabilnosti, svojstvu svijetle fotoluminiscencije i zna\u010dajnoj biokompatibilnosti. Postoje brojna pitanja o interakciji AuNC u \u0161arolikom biolo\u0161kom okru\u017eju razli\u010ditih proteina. Bitno je odrediti interakcije AuNC unutar stanice kako bi se moglo prije\u010diti \u0161tetan utjecan. Istra\u017eivanja u grupi su dvojaka: (i) eksperimentalno istra\u017eujemo interakcije AuNC s proteinima koji bi se mogli koristiti za oslikavanje stanice; (ii) modeliramo interakacije AuNC na atomskoj razini kako bismo mogli utjecati na te interakcije.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1520591959083{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]\n<h4><strong>Partnerski potencijali:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Grupa ima vi\u0161egodi\u0161nju suradnju s eksperimentalnim grupama na Sveu\u010dili\u0161tu Lyonu (Dr. Rodolphe Antoine) te s grupom na Sveu\u010dili\u0161tu McGill u Montrealu (Dr. Dusica Maysinger). Zapo\u010deta je s suradnja s eksperimentalnom grupom na Technionu u Haifi (Dr. Omer Yehezkeli). Navedeni znanstvenik je ujedno suradnik na bilateralnom projektu hrvatsko-izraelske znanstveno-tehnolo\u0161ke suradnje.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1520603890149{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]\n<h4><strong>Financijski i drugi potencijali:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Bilateralni projekt u sklopu hrvatsko-izraelske znanstveno-tehnolo\u0161ke suradnje (2024.-2027.)<\/li>\n<li>Sredstva institucijskog financiranja znanosti za suradnike<\/li>\n<li>Prijava na \u201eRazvojne istra\u017eiva\u010dke potpore\u201d 2023.
