Radi se na dvodimezionalnim i trodimenzionalnim Diracovim i Weylovim materijalima, te se teorijski istra\u017euje kolektivna i jedno\u010desti\u010dna svojstva sustava s mno\u0161tvom elektrona. Detaljno se analiziraju kolektivna pobu\u0111enja kao \u0161to su plazmoni, plazmaroni i povr\u0161inski \u00a0plazmoni, te se \u00a0istra\u017euje uloga kulonskih interakcija u njihovu formiranju.<\/p>\n<p>Dodatno, provodi se istra\u017eivanje vezano uz primjenju na\u010dela najve\u0107e proizvodnje entropije (eng. maximum entropy production MaxEP), te se posebno radi na istra\u017eivanju optimizacije kataliti\u010dke aktivnosti enzima Triozafosfat izomeraze (TIM) i \u03b2-laktamaza koriste\u0107i ovaj princip.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1520244589291{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]\n<h4><strong>Kontakti s akademskim i drugim institucijama:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>&#8211; Prirodoslovno-matemati\u010dki fakultet, Sveu\u010dili\u0161te u Zagrebu<br \/>\n&#8211; Sveu\u010dili\u0161te u Mariboru, Fakultet prirodoslovnih znanosti i matematike<br \/>\n&#8211; Institut Jo\u017eef Stefan, Ljubljana<br \/>\n&#8211; Institut za fiziku, Zagreb<br \/>\n&#8211; Mediteranski institut za istra\u017eivanje \u017eivota[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1520245596694{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]\n<h4><strong>Opis dosada\u0161nje suradnje:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Za vrijeme izrade doktorske disertacije pod vodstvom Prof. dr. sc . Alekse Bjeli\u0161a na Prirodoslovno-matemati\u010dkom fakultetu Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta u Zagrebu koristila sam G0W0 aproksimaciju za interpretaciju spektara kvazijednodimenzionalnih organskih vodi\u010da Bechgaardovih soli dobivenih kutno razlu\u010divom fotoemisijom (eng. angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy ARPES). Nakon obrane doktorata pro\u0161irili smo istra\u017eivanje na organski vodi\u010d TTF-TCNQ i interpretaciju opti\u010dkih svojstava \u010dlana BEDT familije.<br \/>\nU suradnji s Institutom za fiziku voditeljica znanstveno-istra\u017eiva\u010dke grupe radila je na interpretaciji APRES spektara (NbSe4)3I.<br \/>\nRezultati vezani uz primjenu na\u010dela najve\u0107e proizvodnje entropije (eng. maximum entropy production MaxEP) dobiveni su u suradnji s Fakultetom prirodoslovnih znanosti i matematike Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta u Mariboru, Institutom Jo\u017eef Stefan i Mediteranskim institutom za istra\u017eivanje \u017eivota.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1520245663566{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]\n<h4><strong>Popis odabranih znanstvenih radova:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>1.
