1. Upon arrival to Croatia pay 11.70€ for X-card and mail payment confirmation to secretary mmurat@pmfst.hr.

2. Certificate of arrival is issued by UNIST at Erasmus welcome day, or directly at their office.
3. Pick up a temporary X-card and AAI card (your official email and username used in all internal systems and communication as well as Eduroam access) at Erasmus students service (Marina Murat mmurat@pmfst.hr first floor, B1-31).
4. You can pick up certificates for various purposes (transportation card, declaration of host institution…) at Erasmus students service (Marina Murat mmurat@pmfst.hr). If your home institution requires further confirmations, please mail them to Erasmus coordinator (erasmus@pmfst.hr).
5. You will be contacted by Erasmus coordinator regarding welcome meeting at Faculty of Science. This will include a short tour and introduction, contacts exchange with other Erasmus guests, meeting professors, etc.
