Departing from Split

1. Before departure, you will be asked to fill in a short survey as a part of our Quality Assurance.
2. You might also be asked about your impressions of studying in Split and Faculty of Science, for our promotive brochure (this is entirely voluntarily).
3. At the end of your stay, ECTS coordinator in Split prepares Transcript of Records and mails it to sending institution’s Erasmus coordinator.
4. Contact secretary mmurat@pmfst.hr for confirmations of stay / departure. These will be signed by Erasmus coordinator and mailed to you. In case your institution requires any type of special document of this kind, make sure to fill in all the information.

Please note: the dates in your Confirmation of arrival / departure are the first and last days you have been present at the host institution for academic reasons (welcoming day, or start of classes, last exam passed)
