About the Project
The project CHIP-EAR – Inner-Ear-on-a-Chip as a Research Platform for Functional Restoration of Hearing: Towards a European Research Consortium is implemented under the DIGIT Routes to Synergies programme (call DIGIT.2.2.02), with financial support from the World Bank.
The project aims to establish a neuroelectronic research platform combining silicon-oxide substrates with in vitro auditory neuron cultures. Research activities will be conducted at the University of Split, preparing for participation in future Horizon Europe consortia.

Public Consultation
The DIGIT Project – Digital, Innovation, and Green Technology is conducting a public consultation on the Draft Environmental and Social Code of Practice (ESCOP) for the CHIP-EAR – Inner-Ear-on-a-Chip project.
Purpose of the Consultation
The objective of this public consultation is to gather opinions, suggestions, and comments from the interested public on the proposed environmental and social risk management measures associated with project activities. Your contributions will help improve the document and ensure transparency in project implementation.

The Routes to Synergies programme aims to prepare research consortia for successful participation in future Horizon Europe projects.
